| With the concept of sustainable development,people began to develop green buildings that are healthier,more applicable,more efficient,and symbiotic with nature.In order to maximize the resources,protect the environment and reduce pollution during the whole life cycle of green building products,the Green Building Technology(GBT)required in the green construction process is corresponding.Under the national promotion and development of key technologies and integrated building of green buildings,there has been considerable exploration and progress in terms of building materials,equipment technology,construction technology,and construction mode.However,in the actual application process,the GBT integration technology standard has not yet been unified,and the innovation is lagging behind and cannot be solved in time,which weakens the value of green construction projects.The conflict between GBT and the application of traditional building technology in engineering has become the biggest technical obstacle to the transformation of the construction industry to green advanced construction.Although the research has already paid attention to the role that designers should play in the process of GBT integration innovation,the research on how to improve the willingness of the design team’s passive cooperative innovation in the project process is still in the preliminary exploration stage.With the integration of GBT innovation,to improve the efficiency of innovation,transforming the advantages of GBT integration innovation into the core competitiveness of designers in the green construction process is the inevitable choice for cooperative innovation,and it also reflects the importance of cooperative innovation in the field of green construction engineering management.Therefore,this thesis studies the inspiring mechanism of designers’ passive cooperative innovation intention in the issue of GBT integration innovation under the green construction scenario.On the basis of the Theory of Planned Behavior,combined with the characteristics of cooperative innovation in the GBT integration by the design party at the team level,this thesis analyzes the generation of passive cooperative innovation intention with three main variables:attitudes toward the innovative behavior,innovation subjective norm,and cooperative innovation perception behavior control.The thesis also introduces justice perception as the moderating variable,specifically adopts the three dimensions of justice perception,distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice,and deeply discusses the adjustment effect of fairness perception on the relationship between the three factors of planning behavior theory and passive cooperative innovation intention.Based on the literature research,the relevant research hypothesis is put forward,and the theoretical model of the inspiring mechanism of designers’ passive cooperative innovation intention will be constructed in the context of green construction.After a small sample pre-test,the questionnaires will be distributed online and offline,mainly covering foreign countries,Beijing,Tianjin,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Sichuan and other places.Finally,219 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the theoretical model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling and multiple regression analysis.The empirical research results show that the design party’s attitudes toward the innovative behavior,innovation subjective norm,and cooperative innovation perception behavior control positively affects their passive cooperative innovation intention.The above relationship is regulated by the design party’s justice perception including the three dimensions of distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice.In addition,after data validation,green construction in the EPC model,the design party of the justice perception is more intense than in the DBB mode;Therefore,choosing the EPC model helps to enhance the justice perception of the design party,thereby indirectly strengthening their passive cooperative innovation intention in the process of GBT integration innovation.In the context of green construction,this thesis upgrades GBT integration research to the level of specific project management problems for the first time,and distinguishes the situational characteristics of active cooperative innovation and passive cooperative innovation,and defines the concept of passive cooperative innovation intention,and expands the applied research field of Theory of Planned Behavior.this thesis further reveals the influence relationship between the design party’s passive cooperative innovation intention and its stimulating factors under the influence of fairness perception,in order to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the project management of green construction for the green transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. |
