As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has made an important contribution to the development of China's economic and social progress.However,the traditional way of construction mode brings about environmental pollution and waste of resources,which is against the state's advocacy of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Recently,our government put forward the development and promotion of prefabrication technology.However,the situation that the real estate enterprises as the main driver to promote prefabrication technology is not optimistic.Therefore,the paper tries to provide reference for the accelerating promotion of prefabrication technology through analysis and study of the influence mechanism of the adoption behavior of prefabrication technology in real estate enterprises.Firstly,based on the literature research,the paper defined the prefabrication technology and the adoption of prefabrication technology in real estate enterprises.By using grounded theory,the influencing factors of adopting prefabrication technology in real estate enterprises were summarized into three aspects: adoption subject,adoption object,and adoption environment.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis and literature research,it defined the meanings of various dimensions of the adoption subject,the adoption object and the adoption environment.Then the paper developed corresponding measurement scales,proposed research hypotheses,and constructed the theoretical model of influence mechanism of adoption behavior in real estate enterprises.Thirdly,according to the methods and steps of empirical research,a corresponding questionnaire survey was conducted.The descriptive statistical,reliability and validity test about the initial structural equation model were performed by the software SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0.The initial structural equation model was tested,run and modified.Finally the study obtained the optimal model,and used the initial model and the optimal model to verify the theoretical hypothesis and to analyze the research conclusion.The results of this study show that:(1)Enterprise self-efficacy,government regulation and consumer demand have a direct positive influence on the adoption object.(2)Enterprise value pursuit,government regulation and consumer demand have direct positive influence on the adoption intention.(3)Adoption intention has a direct positive influence on adoption behavior.(4)Enterprise value pursuit,government regulation,consumer demand and adoption object can affect adoption behavior through adoption intention.Finally,according to the empirical research results,this paper puts forward the promotion strategies of real estate companies to adopt the prefabrication technology from four aspects: enhancing the value pursuit of the real estate enterprise,strengthening the technical support of the prefabrication,increasing policy support and promoting consumer demand.
