There are many management links involved in the construction project,including the preliminary project investigation,construction scheme design,on-site construction,completion acceptance and final settlement,etc.Since the 21st century,the level of our national economy has been rising.The development of the construction field is not only related to the construction of social economic system,but also closely related to the living environment of every natural person.In the stage of project planning and construction,in order to achieve the goal of efficient,orderly and high-quality construction,it is necessary to plan the technology involved in the project itself in the management,so as to achieve efficient and reasonable resource scheduling and use.In the past,in the construction of engineering projects,the construction units often pay attention to the overall management of technical resources,and lack of reasonable research on the overall cost control scheme in the process of engineering construction.As a result,in the final acceptance stage of engineering construction projects,the actual cost often exceeds the estimate.This is directly related to the unreasonable cost control scheme selected by the project.Project cost control is a huge and complex management project,which not only needs to consider the construction enterprise's own resources,but also needs to be combined with the environment where the project construction is located to dynamically prevent and control the unexpected situations that may be encountered in the construction stage.The traditional concept of engineering cost control has the disadvantages of singleness and limitation,which can not meet the increasingly complex market competition demand in the field of engineering construction.It is necessary to strengthen the innovation of methods and concepts in the cost control of engineering construction projects,so as to ensure that the construction of engineering projects can be carried out in a safe and stable environment.In this paper,H company's staff residential building project is selected as the research case,the quantitative analysis method model is used to analyze and solve,the cost control management organizational framework of H company's engineering construction project is introduced,and the existing cost management problems of H company are sorted out.On this basis,combined with the staff residential building project,the whole process cost improvement scheme is studied.This paper analyzes the effect of the whole process cost control scheme of the staff residential building after its application.It is concluded that the implementation effect of the whole process cost control in the case project construction of H company is that the controversial issues of cost management are reduced and the total cost input of project construction is obviously saved.The conclusions are as follows:(1)by strengthening the cost management in the investment decision-making stage and participating in the engineering design scientifically and reasonably,the early intervention and strengthening of the whole process cost control can be realized.(2)Strengthening the subcontract management and control can effectively reduce the risk in the whole process of cost control and ensure the integrity of project data.Through the analysis mode of theory combined with practical cases,this paper has a guiding role for the case enterprises to carry out the whole process cost management,and also plays a reference role for the research and implementation of the whole process cost management of other engineering construction enterprises.
