Filling is an important part of the packaging industry in China, although existing filling equipment can help the implementation of the filling, but also has some limitations,such as, the equipment is not smart, and low speed, filling accuracy and reliability is not high, short of the ideal expectations. Not only that, compared with foreign products,domestic equipment with low degree of automation, stability, also has a large gap, and operation and maintenance of inconvenience and life is short and so on. At present, the production level of filling machine is still confined to the initial stage of learning abroad,need continuous improvement, continuous innovation, and thus developed the filling speed faster, filling accuracy is higher, and more convenient operation and maintenance of intelligent equipment.For domestic equipment in the filling speed, precision and intelligence, in this paper,on the basis of the domestic research on filling machine, formed a rotary oil filling machine, the volume of cylinder displacement is developed based on the position loop servo control system, designs the high precision PID servo controller score, improve the rotary oil filling accuracy and filling speed, achieve no bottle no filling, no bottle no gasser and on-line detection function.In this paper, the main research work and innovation are as follows:First of all, this article combines the normal pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine, vacuum filling machine and other equipment, and use the transporter,photoelectric detection device, filling mechanism, measuring regulating mechanism, fall in fall and cover mechanical device, such as building the experiment platform of rotary oil filling machine, laid a solid hardware foundation for the research of control algorithm.Secondly, this paper designed the high accuracy of fractional order PID servo controller, control the displacement of the cylinder filling machine volume and through Matlab simulation, the software tools such as filling has reached the maximum amount of10 ml, filling rate of 45 ~ 50 bottle/min, the oil of essence of filling accuracy is filling development target, shows that this controller can well meet the needs of the control,proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the controller.Finally, based on the rotary oil filler intelligent on-line monitoring requirements, and designs the control system based on PLC, through the use of industrial touch screen, use Step7 programming software, designed the filler human-computer interaction interface,which can realize functions such as parameter setting, and online monitoring, made the filling machine higher degree of automation, convenient operation and maintenance.
