Automatic filling machine is the key mechanical equipment for the automatic production of food,medicine,chemical and other enterprises.Alcohol ethers are important raw materials for chemical production in detergents,textiles,printing and dyeing,coatings,mining and cosmetics.The market's demand for alcohol ethers is increasing.Because alcohol ethers are volatile,flammable,and toxic,it is of great significance to realize the automation of alcohol ether filling systems.This paper analyzes the demand for alcohol ether filling technology in the petrochemical industry based on the actual situation of the production enterprises,and proposes a weighing-based filling design scheme based on machine vision.The scheme is simulated and experimentally verified.The main research contents are as follows:To begin with,it has been analyzed the research background of the subject and the development trend of domestic and foreign filling machinery.According to the technological requirements of alcohol ether filling machine,the mechanical structure design was carried out.At the same time,the production process flow of alcohol ether canning machine transportation,automatic mouth finding and filling is analyzed to ensure high-precision quantitative filling and realize the safe and stable operation of the system.Further more,it proposed an automatic mouth-finding scheme based on machine vision technology to achieve the goal of accurate positioning of the eccentric filling barrel mouth.The thesis determines the type of CCD camera,analyzes the image processing median filtering,binarization and Hough circle transformation algorithms to obtain the diameter and coordinate information of the filling port,The servo motor driver was adjusted in real time through the PLC,and the servo motor was controlled to drive the two-degree-of-freedom mobile platform,so that the spray gun was moved above the filling port to complete the visual automatic mouth searching.Finally,it was determined that PLC was applied as the control system of filling machine.The software and hardware of the system were designed according to the control requirements.The hardware design part includes PLC selection,the definition of I/O and various hardware configurations.The software design part includes programming the control process and designing the man-machine interface.Thereby it had completed the automatic control of the alcohol ether filling machine.The alcohol ether filling machine designed in this paper has a compact structure with stable system and friendly interface,which meets the practical application requirements.It was widely used in the filling of medium-dose products in the petrochemical industry.
