Drop and pull transport is a highly efficient,environmentally friendly new mode of transport,handling and use of the tractor to work in parallel method to reduce the waiting time of the tractor,and to improve the effective working time,that has important significance for reducing the cost of social logistics.At present,the application of road transportation in many developed countries.In China,however,due to the policy system,the degree of organization,freight station functions,information technology,transportation vehicles and other constraints have not been a wide range of applications.In order to further promote the healthy and stable development of China's drop and pull transport,the paper studies the optimization of the container drop and pull transport,which provides guidance for the enterprise to improve the organization efficiency.Based on the analysis of the background of the development of drop and pull transport and its network model,the paper focusing on the hub and spoke network container truck trailer set task scheduling optimization problem,established the container drop and pull transport task set mixed integer optimization model,and designed a heuristic solution the algorithm based on the degree of urgency,The experiment shows drop and pull transport can greatly improve the working efficiency,and reduce logistics cost.Through the further extension of the hub and spoke network,the paper study the circulation transportation network under the container drop and pull transport vehicle scheduling optimization,the design of heuristic rules for tractor demand quantity limit,and solve the model by improved genetic algorithm subsequently.Based on the traditional genetic algorithm,the improved genetic algorithm uses adaptive crossover probability and adaptive mutation probability to reduce the possibility of premature convergence and accelerate the searching speed of the algorithm,the numerical experiment verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm,and has a certain reference value to the actual drop and pull transport scheduling.
