With the rapid development of civil aviation freight at domestic and abroad,the freight volume has increased.As a hub of freight transport,airport is faced with a large number of freight entering and leaving every day,frequent aircraft taking off and landing at rush hour,and restricted by the time of arriving and departuring the port.It is faced with the challenge of improving the efficiency of ground operation.Airport special vehicle scheduling management is an important part of airport ground service management.Therefore,it has more importance in improving the efficiency of airport ground operation.Especially in tractor scheduling management Tractor and flatbed cooperate to complete freight and mail transportation,which is the key link of airport ground operation.Tractor schedule also affects the efficiency of airport ground operation.In order to provide management enlightenment for airport operation management and drop-and-pull transportation,this dissertation takes the tractor responsible for freight and mail operations on the ground of the airport as the research object,and studies the scheduling problem of drop-and-pull of tractor transportation.Firstly,this dissertation sorts out the research status of vehicle scheduling problem,airport special vehicle scheduling problem and the drop-and-pull transport research,then clarifies the research content of this dissertation.Secondly,it analyzes the ground support service flow of inbound and outbound flights,the status of cargo tractor scheduling,and finds that the current airport tractor scheduling mode has problems such as low trailer utilization,high no-load rate,high cost.These problems affecting the efficiency of airport ground support services.By analyzing the feasibility of drop-and-pull transportation in airport and summarizing the transportation organization form and combining the characteristics of airport production and operation,this dissertation proposes to use the cyclic mode of drop-and-pull to schedule airport tractors.In addition,aiming at the the lowest transportation cost and lowest no-load rate of tractor,this dissertation constructs drop-and-pull scheduling model of airport tractor.Fully considering the characteristics of the airport’s actual freight and mail operations,this dissertation discusses the time window of the starting and ending points of transport tasks,which is related to the arrival and departure time of inbound and outbound flights,and increases the constraints of the weight of the airline’s type,and sets up the limited number of ULD for tractor.These settings make the model more practical,and also reflect the difference between the airport organization and other drop-and-pull transport sites.Finally,some flight information of an airport in China is selected for example analysis to verify the validity of the model.By comparing with single-tractor and single-flight scheduling mode,it is concluded that the total traveling mileage,no-load driving mileage,no-load rate,transportation cost and the number of tractors used in the mode of drop-and-pull scheduling are reduced in different extent.Sensitivity analysis is carried out for the number of transportation tasks and the number of ULDs,and corresponding management is put forward for airport operation management and Road-trailer transport management.There are 19 figures,23 tables,and 70 references in this dissertation.
