Reentry warhead penetration technique is one of the important means of penetrations of the ballistic missile.In order to minus the distribute of trim angle,it's common to control the reentry warhead by rotation.Thereby,rotation is one of the main movement characteristics of the reentry warhead.Currently single-channel control technology is mainly used in the anti-tank and anti-air missiles.Consequently,a method of control system design for reentry warhead is put forward in this paper,which applies the theory of single-channel control to design control system of the reentry warhead.This paper took one rotary reentry warhead as the object to do research on the technology of rotation control theory.Firstly,This paper gives the model of the reentry rolling warhead,relevant parameters and the model of the atmospheric environment,and the reasonable assumption are given in this paper.The coordinate systems relevant to the subject and the transfer matrixes between coordinate systems are established.By analyzing the force and moment,the dynamics models of reentry warhead are established.Secondly,the range of the self-spin speed is obtained by theoretical and simulation of the reentry rolling warhead.The factors that impact the self-spin speed of the reentry warhead are analyzed by derivation of formulas,the natural frequency of the reentry warhead is given in this paper,the conditions that avoid the roll resonance and keep the dynamic stability are theoretical analyzed,then the range of self-spin speed is determined by simulation.Thirdly,the relationship between the self-spin speed and the inclined angle of the tail of the reentry rolling warhead is analyzed.Considering the characteristics of the reentry warhead,the method of rotation-start is chosen to be a combination of aerodynamics and propulsion.On the condition that the self-spin speed is constant,the formulation between the inclined angle of the tail and the self-spin speed is deduced.Then the simulation results prove the conclusion obtained previously on pro and con.Finally,the author do research on the time of rotation-start.According to the characteristics of the reentry rolling warhead,three different rotation-start solutions are given and simulated in this paper.In view of the solution that the station-start occurs after the reentry,different rotation heights are analyzed.Considering the aspects of the realization of the warhead's single-channel control and penetration ability,the time of rotation-start for the reentry warhead is analyzed and determined.
