As a new type of construction material,aluminum alloy is highly valued by scientific research and design personnel since it entered the domestic market in the 1990 s because of its advantages such as light weight,strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.Domestic research on aluminum alloy nodes is mainly concentrated on Temcor slab aluminum alloy nodes.This node is directly connected by the upper and lower cover plates with the flanges of aluminum alloy members using Hunk bolts.This type of node has node domain webs which are prone to instability and bolt Too many,there are no deficiencies such as connection between the members except the upper and lower cover plates.Based on the traditional plate joints,this article adds a U-shaped member and a method of using a through rod to improve the development of a new type of through Boss alloy semi-rigid nodes,and carried out the following research work:(1)Experimental research on anti-rotation performance of through jointFor the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy often used in actual engineering,the pure bending moment load effect of the 12 mm circular cover-through joint,the 12mm-thick butterfly cover-through joint,and the 6mm-thick circular cover-through joint are carried out in the plane.Under the static performance test,the failure modes of the joints with different shapes of the cover plate and the bending moment curve of the whole process are obtained,and the material constitutive models of different plate thick Nesses are obtained through the material property test.Through the joint test research,it is found that the thick Ness of the cover plate has a greater impact on the anti-rotation performance of the node,while the shape of the cover plate has a smaller effect on the anti-rotation performance of the node.(2)Numerical simulation of anti-rotation performance of through joints and plate jointsConsidering the influence of factors such as the contact surface,installation gap and bolt pre-tightening force in the joint,a large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a new penetration simulation model corresponding to the test,and the bending of the joint under pure moment load was obtained.Moment corner curve and failure mode,the detailed comparison and analysis between the numerical simulation results of the penetrating node and the test results verify the accuracy of the numerical model.At the same time,the finite element model of traditional plate aluminum alloy joints under the same parameters was researched,and the bending moment curve and failure mode of plate aluminum alloy joints under pure bending state were obtained.By comparing the static performance of the two joints,the stiffness and bearing capacity of the new through-type joint are obviously better than that of the traditional plate-type aluminum alloy joint.(3)Parameter analysis of anti-rotation performance of through joints and plate jointsThe parameter analysis of the anti-rotation performance of the through joint and the plate joint under different axial tension and axial pressure was carried out,and the bending moment curve and failure mode of the two joints under tension and compression loads were obtained.Comparing the anti-rotation performance of the two joints under different axial forces,it is concluded that the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the through joint are significantly better than those of the plate joint. |
