In modern warfare,one of the ways to ensure the efficient effect of the projectile on the target is to ensure the stability of the external ballistic flight of the projectile.In this paper,a three-level warhead(upper warhead)of a separate low-speed non-rotational projectile in two-dimensional trajectory is designed as a research target,and a stable umbrella is designed.The mathematical model and simulation model are used for modeling calculation and result analysis.The influence of the stabilizer on the flight stability of the upper warhead is obtained.Firstly,the development of the flight stability of the projectile and the action mode and effect of some ballistic correction stabilizers are introduced.Combined with the actual situation of the projectile,the main work objectives of this paper are drawn.Based on the research method of the outer ballistics,combined with the overall characteristics and working principle of the projectile,the projectile was analyzed and the external ballistic calculation model was established.On the basis of the overall external ballistic calculation model of the projectile,in order to better analyze the upper warhead of the projectile,a separate mathematical model was established and analyzed for the upper warhead.Then,the structural design of the stabilizer(stability umbrella)used to adjust the flight attitude of the upper warhead during the separation of the projectile is carried out,and the aerodynamic characteristics are analyzed and calculated,and the relevant theoretical calculation results and simulation calculation results are compared and analyzed.And test results.Then the effect was predicted and the proposed scheme was obtained.This program is expected to solve the flight stability problem of the upper warhead and ensure the correct flight direction when it is separated.Finally,based on the previous research,the external ballistic calculation model of the upper warhead is transformed into a simulation computing language.The simulation calculation model is established by means of MATLAB simulation software,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.The umbrella can adjust the flight attitude of the upper warhead in time and effectively to ensure its flight stability,and the stable umbrella with a certain resistance value has the best adjustment effect on the flight attitude of the upper warhead.Based on the external ballistic theory,this paper designs a stable device for adjusting the flight attitude of the upper warhead: the stable umbrella,and carries out theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on its action process.Through the analysis of the results,it is concluded that the stable umbrella can effectively adjust the separation.The flight posture of the warhead ensures its subsequent effects.The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the application of similar stable umbrellas on the warhead.
