Grouting technology,the construction method is commonly used in geotechnical engineering,mine engineering,no frantic jumble of rail engineering,railway subgrade engineering,the subway tunnel project,is also used for reinforcement and road ascending field.With the rapid growth of national economy in our country level,grouting technology has become an engineering technology with strong practical and wide application range.Grouting engineering with flow control and system control problems are becoming more and more prominent.In order to make the development of the grouting engineering better follow the pace of social development,this paper has studied a large number of literature about system of the grouting engineering in flow control,flow stability and system monitoring.After comparing,analyzing and summarizing,it found that although the grouting engineering in the several aspects has its unique technological achievements,there are inevitable shortcomings.Therefore,there is a big rise space in the several aspects.Aiming at these problems above,this paper comes up with its own viewpoints,the design scheme and implementation steps,which will further improve grouting engineering.In terms of grouting control system,this topic will improve,innovate and perfect from three different angles.In the flow and the flow ratio control,it puts forward a method of pulse width modulation for flow control and will build the simulation model through AEMsim simulation software and conduct on-site experiments to verify the feasibility and correctness.As for the double liquid grouting control system,the main research is the change that one flow follow another flow among the them,and it implement three control modes of double liquid control,tracking mode,automatic mode and manual mode,and carry the scene of the experiment to adjust,revise and consummate.In order to achieve the stable flow,it designs the grouting pump with the cylinder structure,which shows two pumps in the same group grout through cross and complementation,and will build the simulation model through AEMsim simulation software to verify the feasibility and correctness.It is not easy to survey and monitoring the grouting construction process in terms of its own characteristics.The grouting monitoring equipment has designed and researched in this paper in order to record the process of grouting materials.Through the wireless Mesh network mode,use the Modbus RTU communication protocol to send grouting data to PC that can monitoring in the room.In this paper,the upper computer management system have planned and designed by using the LabVIEW software programming.Through the simulation experiment and the engineering experiment,the validity of the control system and monitoring system design have verified.Grouting monitoring control system based on the technology of Internet of things has a certain robustness designed by the project,can satisfy the demand for practical application.
