Quality Management Research Of Road Reconstruction Project Which Based Resonance Crushing Technology

In recent years,China’s economic development is very rapid,along with the requirements of transport also have more stringent requirements.Over the years,now most of our existing cement concrete road have been worn into consumption,close to the end,some destructive pavement has gradually emerged,such as running,uneven pavement cracking,potholes,weakening degree of comfort.For some of the more use,larger traffic,heavy load on the road,these conditions are more serious,so the need for timely transformation of the road.In order to save resources,can make the residual modulus along the old road is by foreign laying in the original asphalt concrete pavement,the overall good performance after repair,can be put into use in a relatively short period of time and for a long time.Before the laying of asphalt concrete,to crushing on the road,the broken layer of rubblization formed to be able to use two times,as the laying asphalt base,thus saving resources and protect the environment at the same time,also can reduce the cost,reduce the construction cost.Different from other construction projects,renovation project of this road is the resonance crushing technology based on the nature of the project,in particular,compared with general engineering projects,the construction of a higher degree of complexity,the environment is more complex,involving more personnel,funds need to invest more,especially for the engineering quality requirements high.Under the conditions of complex and difficult construction,the quality of the road reconstruction determines the efficiency of the project,which affects the progress of the project as well as the overall benefits of the project,and plays a key role in the construction of the project.In order to meet the engineering design concept and the actual use requirements,and in the specified time to complete the project progress,we must strictly control the various aspects of the project.The various characteristics of road reconstruction project in this paper,such as the characteristic of community,open the urgency,and collaboration of some inherent quality control comprehensively,according to the analysis of possible road reconstruction in the process of a series of factors affect the quality and progress of the project,so as to carry out comprehensive quality management and monitoring.This article analyses the project of S6 road-Yecheng road road reconstruction project,the first of the project summary analysis,analysis of the overall quality from all aspects of construction,the project personnel,general machinery and equipment,and according to the technical indexes of resonance crushing by strict quality control.
