Research On The Reliability Of Southwest Urban Park Service Network

Park green space and urban green space is important ecological and social facilities,improving the regional ecological environment,providing residents outdoor activities or emergency shelters,promoting the mental and physical health.Facing southwest mountain complex terrain conditions,sensitive,flexible urban form,ecological environment construction land tensions,and many other external restriction conditions,strengthening the city park green space that has reliable planning of ecosystem and social services,is the material conditions and basis that improve quality of city park green space and life of residents.This article,therefore,in the crossing filed of the urban and rural planning and complex system science,compact the science problem of park green space service of network layout,and the reliability of the system service efficiency.Choosing the typical cases,such as Sichuan Neijiang,using complex network analysis method construct the park green space service network model.Then setting up service network topology structure and the fault simulation analysis discuss the reliability of the park green space service network,to put forward the city park green space planning strategy.First of all,this paper concept the definition of the city park green space and its service function,park green space system reliability,complex network.Then the paper determine the object of study that the southwest town park green space service network,and choose the research target.The research review the planning and construction of the park green space,complex network and its reliability research,found existing problems and put forward the research framework,research methods and technical route.Second,by analysing the southwest town construction and the basic characteristics of park green space construction,extracting of southwest town and characteristics of the development of the park green space;through the study of park green space planning target situation analysis,this paper found the reliability problems in the research target.From the theoretical knowledge,overall train of thought and technology route three aspects to develop the park green space service network reliability research plan;Finally,using the service relationship between the park green space and the residential land,through data collection and processing,this paper build up park green space service network model of the research target,and describe the basic characteristics of the model.Again,in three case model that Sichuan Neijiang,Yunnan Yuxi,Chongqing Fuling,this paper evaluate the reliability of the topological structure and the dynamic that in network fault conditions,to provide policy support for park green space service network planning and layout.In the reliability of topological structure,this paper,from the overall structural stability,group structure stability,the stability of individual weight three levels,found the Neijiang and Fuling district park system has the core and edge of the area,scattered distribution presented the overall and local concentration trend.Then three target have obvious group characteristics,reflecting the leisure activities of city group spatial structure.Finally the part of the population distribution of high strength area lack of central park.In the dynamic reliability,from two aspects of anti-destroying ability and survivability of network,this paper found the service failure of park green space system at the height of using.Park system exists the important hub park.Park service system has higher dynamic reliability under the condition of daily life.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation results of the research target of park green space service network,to summarize and conclude the exist problems which found in the research,this paper optimize the park service network model in the aspects of balance,stability,effectiveness,vulnerability.On this basis,from several aspects,such as park green space system layout,this paper put forward planning strategies and suggestion to the physical form of park green space system,including park service distribution and urban landscape areas designated,park service efficiency of urban ecological livable zoning,the core of the park classification,protection of the hub of the park system,refuge function of the park system that refuge area and level,combining the park size and degree to divided level,the layout of the park green space system network model.
