The fair development of rural education is related to the health of hundr-eds of millions of people and the happiness of millions of households,which is a major livelihood issue.The planning and construction of rural primary schoo-ls has also become the focus of urban and rural planning research.In the pro-cess of rapid urbanization,the demand for continuous,systematized and net-worked learning is required by the flow of primary school students,the exch-ange of teachers,and the sharing of facilities and facilities.It is inconsistent with the hierarchical layout and fragmentation pattern of traditional villages and towns,such as the number of fixed number of towns,the scale of studen-ts,the location of service radius.Especially in the southwest mountainous area,the contradiction between rural primary school planning and construc-tion is more serious due to the socio-economic development and complex terrain.Therefore,based on the new demand research,the planning and layout of rural primary schools in Southwest China is particularly important for achieving the balanced development of compulsory education in rural areas in the western region.This paper,taking Hanyuan County of Sichuan Province,Xifeng County of Guizhou province and Liangping District of Chongqing city as the research object,constructs the complex network model of southwest mountainous rural primary school,establishes the index evaluation system and analysis technical route,summarizes the characteristics of the network layout of the primary schools in the southwest mountainous and rural primary schools and puts forward the planning optimization strategy,which is the rural primary school in the mountainous area.It provides reference for reasonable layout and spatial planning optimization.First of all,this paper sorts out the development process and main proble-ms of rural primary schools in southwest mountainous area.It is pointed out that the development and construction of rural primary schools have gone through the scattered layout of rural primary schools in 1980 s,the layout of primary schools in the early twenty-first Century,the centralization of school,the adjustment of the layout of rural schools,and the three stages of the optimization and construction of the resource space of rural primary schools.And from two aspects of primary school layout construction and resource allocation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the layout and construc-tion of rural primary schools in southwest mountainous rural areas and analyz-es the causes of causes.It points out that the flow demand of students and teachers is increasing.The original fragmentation and hierarchical pattern of primary school layout does not adapt to the new school requirements,and the spatial layout and resource allocation of rural primary school facilities is present.They all concentrated on the central towns of counties,which aggravated the difficulties of layout and construction.Secondly,using the complex network theory and method,from the flow of students to school and the relationship between teacher exchange and flow,the realistic system of rural primary school resource flow is abstracted,and the directed weighted network of the school students in rural primary schools has a directed network of weighted networks and teachers.And build index system,analyze the network topology characteristics of southwest mountain-ous rural primary school from two aspects: statistical attributes and feature structure.Then,from four aspects of the planning of educational facilities,popula-tion flow,teacher equipment and topographic factors in all districts and count-ies,the trend of primary school planning in the southwest mountainous rural areas is analyzed and predicted.On this basis,the network of planning rural primary schools is constructed and the index system is constructed to analyze the network topology of rural primary schools in southwest mountainous rural areas from two aspects of statistical property and characteristic structure.Finally,based on the objective experience of foreign rural primary school construction as a value judgment and optimization direction,from the rural Primary school network planning optimization,rural primary school layout model,rural primary School layout planning development path Three aspects of the optimization strategy.First,from the Space layout optimization,resource allocation optimization Two aspects of Southwest mountainous Rural primary school network planning and construction optimization strategy,and in Hanyuan County,Xifeng County,Liangping area to do optimization case practice.Secondly,the paper puts forward the results of the spatial layout of "learning flow Space" and "continuous and cluster" in the southwest mountainnous rural primary school.Third,from the three aspects of "planning,seeking development and promoting protection",the paper puts forward the layout planning and development path of southwest mountainous rural primary school.This paper makes an equilibrium analysis of the rural primary school network in the southwest mountain country,explores the cross application of the complex network principle and method in the special planning of the educational research facilities,and also puts forward the optimization strategy of the equilibrium in the rural primary schools in the southwest mountain area,hoping to provide some new methods and new theories for the layout and construction of the rural primary schools.
