The balance of the assembly line is very significant to the manufacturing enterprises,At the given restriction conditions,distribute a series priority jobs into the work station so that to realize the assemble line balance.The balance of the assembly line can not only improve the assembly line balance rate,save working hours and reduce costs,but also can improve product quality,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises ultimately.The un-balance line will make many parts “work in process” and lost a lot of work time,even if can stop the production process.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic concept of the balance of assembly line,and the research status and of assembly line balance problem both at home and abroad.Taking the compressor assembly line of a compressor company as the research object,analyzing and summarizing the problems existed in the assembly line on the basis of a comprehensive field investigation.The contents of the research are summarized as the second kind of production balance,combined with the advantages of improved Genetic Algorithm and IE method,the author puts forward the idea of using improved Genetic Algorithm to analyze and optimize the process by IE.Proposing the direction of improvement and optimization methods to solve the problem of assembly line balance.Around the assembly line optimization goal,Measuring the standard working hours,using the establishment of mathematical model and improved Genetic Algorithm to rearrange and reorganize the assembly line process in Matlab,optimize the process flow,improve the assembly line balance rate,and reduce the balance index.Then application of industrial engineering in the program analysis and action analysis and other methods from the overall process to the specific research in-depth study,so that the optimization program more in line with the actual production.Finally,the Visual Components simulation process is used to model and simulate the improved process plan.The existing production line is analyzed and analyzed.The unit time output and the utilization of each station are analyzed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the practical application.The results show that the balance scheme can be applied to the actual production of enterprises,actually increase 158 single-day output,optimize the process flow,improve the assembly line balance rate to 77.8%,reduce the balance index to 8.1,which is positive for saving staff and equipment costs,stabilizing product quality,improving the production load of each station and competitiveness of enterprises.Get the enterprise recognition and apply the research results to the actual production in practice,which Have positive significance and good effect to optimize enterprise resource allocation,improve enterprise production efficiency and competitiveness.
