In power system,the temperature is an important parameter of the normal operation.The transformer substation,isolating switch,circuit breaker,transformer,electrical equipment,in the long running process,equipment,facilities and equipment from aging,surface oxidation corrosion between the anchor,bolt connection is not tight,loose,or contact resistance is too large and cause fever,which the temperature of the heating parts cannot be found at run time,lead to fire accident,and has become a major task faced by power grid system.In view of the current transformer substation electrical equipment running status,developing an on-line temperature monitoring system is necessary.In this paper,the operation of primary electrical equipment in substation is investigated,and the operational requirements of substation primary equipment temperature monitoring are discussed.The requirement analysis of substation primary equipment temperature monitoring system is carried out by using software engineering method.On the basis of data modeling,design of the overall framework and database system,combined with the characteristics of a system of substation,the system is divided into online monitoring,report output,alarm management,data analysis of four functional modules,and detailed design and implementation.A temperature monitoring system for equipment design and development of substation system,using Model-View-Controller(MVC)three layer architecture development,this article from the system flow diagram,sequence diagram,class diagram of implementation,module analysis design and development of this article;and then the system is tested in detail including function testing and performance testing,according to the demand analysis of written detailed test cases and test cases according to the detailed analysis of the system function,the use of automated testing tool for Loadrunner performance test is carried out with the system,test results show that this system can meet the test and performance test index;the operation effect is analyzed,the feasibility of a temperature monitoring system for the equipment the substation and the effectiveness of the design requirements are achieved.After the user's trial,the system runs well,and the functional and non functional aspects meet the user requirements.In order to solve the problem of overheating a substation equipment during operation,a temperature monitoring system of substation equipment is put forward,and the reasonable design and implementation,will guarantee a safe operation of substation equipment operation in the future maintenance and management work,improve the quality of power supply,and make contribution to the information revolution of the electric power industry.
