On-line Monitoring System Of Temperature For Transformer Substation

The temperature becomes higher and higher as the summer comes,the consumption of electricity goes by as well.The high temperature of transformer substation may lead to malfunction and the unsteady of voltage of nearby equipments.To avoid this kind of problems from happening,substation's operators need to increase the frequency of inspection tour.This kind of action makes daily works in the lack of workers.Thereby,new ways of measuring temperatures in the transformer substations need to be found,which can satisfies both safety and the lack of workers.The development of transformer substations and studies of transformer substations' problems of measuring temperatures and the most famous ways of measuring temperatures in transformer substations have been discussed in this article.A design of on-line monitoring system of temperature for transformer substations has been proposed,and the whole system has been separated into three parts as devices in the transformer substation ? communication from a remote distance and the design of software.Each part has been separated into different steps in order to make the whole system easy to understand.Conclusions and comparison has been made in each part.DS18B20 temperature sensor measures temperature and connect by RS485 to acquisition module FS01.And then to the serial part the internet can by get through.People from a distance can reach the information through the computer by web site.And the information should be kept when not being reached.The eventually on-line monitoring system satisfies both safety and the lack of workers.And has a perfect function outcomes which can measure the temperature accuracy and transformers information fast in a low deviation.Never lose too much information,and can reach a high level.The system has been high evaluated in actual applications.
