The Improved Design Of An Automobile Panel Assembly Line

With the automobile manufacturing industry competition intensifying,how to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost becomes the focus of automobile manufacturing enterprises,especially for auto parts manufacturing enterprises.Combining with the industry-university-institute cooperation projects,this thesis carry out the assembly line balancing,improvement on the assembly line layout,material distribution scheme design and the improvement of material management in production site.The main research contents of thesis are as follows:1.The description and analysis of the assembly line.Through describing and analyzing the production line balancing rate,per capita hours per hour,layout and current situation of material management,it determines the two improvement projects:the assembly line balancing,the improvement on the assembly line layout and material management improvement.2.Assembly line balance improvement.According to calculate the theory of the tact time,the bottleneck process is determined,and the target is set.It improved the assembly line balance rate by using a stopwatch time study,process analysis,operation analysis,dynamic analysis and other methods.3.Assembly line layout improvement and material management improvement.To improve the existing problems in the layout,adjust the layout of the assembly line,and improve the area utilization of the assembly line.On the basis of analyzing the existing material management mode,design Material distribution scheme and the plan of inventory management for line and sideline.Including the distribution process design,adjusting the organizational structure,logistics equipment,logistics route planning,logistics staff estimates,line side inventory management scheme design and WIP management.4.It summarizes the full text,puts forward the problems existing in the research and then presents the further research.
