The work of this thesis is depended on the emergency power supply automatic test project which is based on the cooperation between the laboratory and an aircraft maintenance company in Guangzhou.Airborne emergency power supply is an important equipment to ensure the safety of aircraft,which need a set of efficient test system.The efficiency and accuracy of manual testing are too low,besides,imported test equipment is too expensive and lack of compatibility.In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost,we design and implement a set of automatic test system for BPS and EPS emergency power supply.The specific work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)Due to the lack of DC power supply and the simple function of test software,the original test platform of the company can not meet the test requirements of emergency power supply.This thesis expand the platform from the software and hardware.Hardware to add high-speed acquisition board,relay switch module,high power DC power supply and other equipment and the development of the corresponding platform driver;software to use C + + nested MATLAB method designed to capture the board data rendering function,and to use SQLite database to save the diagnostic results,achieving the expert diagnostic records;(2)BPS model emergency power supply automatic test to achieve.First in the hardware designed and made emergency power test adapter according to ARINC 608 A standard,including switch logic test circuit design and battery test circuit design.Then we designed the automatic test process and developed the automatic test script on the software platform,finally debugged and gave the test result report.On the hardware design,the switch logic test circuit use push-type solenoid and programming switch to take the place of manual operation;battery test circuit designed to amplify the circuit to simulate the ignition device,while using high-speed acquisition board instead of artificial collection of charge and discharge data.To achieve a fully automated test,greatly improving the test efficiency;(3)EPS model emergency power supply automatic test to achieve.The implementation process is similar to the BPS model.First,a 7A constant current load circuit is designed on the hardware to test the power supply stability of the emergency power supply,and a battery analog circuit is designed to test the intelligent adjustment function of charging.And then designed the EPS emergency power supply test process and developed automatic test script on software platform,and finally power debugging and test results reported.In this thesis,the design process follows the ABBET standard,the developed test system has high universality and portability.In the test process,only a small amount of artificial participation is needed.The display of test result is intuitive and clear which is combined with visual interface display.Besides the test system can save the history of diagnostic records,which greatly reduces the learning cost of testing personnel.The system meets the requirements of practical engineering development and has been put into practical use.
