Research And Realization Of Automatic Test Technology For Aviation Power Supply System

The aviation power system is an important part of aircraft,providing safe and reliable electric power for all kinds of power equipment on board.Due to the real working condition of the aircraft in the air relative to the ground state is relatively complex,so put forward stricter demands on the performance of the power supply system,namely in the function of the power system put into use before the need for strict performance test,only in various performance parameters test qualified rear can put into use to prevent damage to electrical equipment on the plane.According to the requirement of automatic test of aircraft power system proposed by a power supply company,this paper designs automatic test equipment of power system with industrial computer system as the core.In this paper,we first automated test requirements,technical requirements,the tests on the power system operating characteristics,real working condition of simulation and test method of the key issues,on the basis of detailed introduces the system's overall design and detailed design(includes the implementation process of test technology,the design of system principle and the overall layout of test system).Hardware part consists of standard devices,homemade the signal conditioning module,the core modules of the system are designed and the standard components are selected and analyzed,and has made the focus of each function module in detail.The upper computer design is based on the development environment of Visual Studio 2010,it runs on the platform of.Net Framework 4.0;The idea of software design,software filtering and debugging are introduced in detail.The whole test process is controlled by the upper computer software,which can automatically test the product under test,store the data,analyze and generate the inspection report automatically.Finally,relevant experiments are carried out and the test results are verified and analyzed to verify whether the test system meets the basic design requirements.We research the power system automatic test technique for airc raft power supply system in this paper can be implemented fully automated testing,has powerful functions,quick test,high precision,strong efficiency,intuitive interface operation,good operating performance and so on.
