Research On Cost Calcuilation And Response Stratege Of Interruptible Load To Industial Users

Interruptible load management,as an important part of demand side management,on the one hand refers to the management of contract mode,compensation mechanism and compensation price to power company and independent system operators;on the other hand refers to the management of load and the way of response to the power users.In this paper,industrial users,especially in large industrial users,are chosen as object,to establish calculation model of industrial users' interruptible load cost,and develop a general method of response strategies to interruptible load excitation signal for industrial users.First of all,introduce the the classification principle of industrial production and industrial load based on differences of load characteristics and production characteristics in different industries;and build a general mathematical model to describe the production characteristics through the analysis of industrial users behavioral of responses,which combined with the implementation of interruptible load characteristics.Secondly,summarizes the influence factors of interruptible load management of industrial users from the production perspective,including time of prior notice,the interruption time and the structure of production;develop the general evaluation method of industrial interruptible load capacity through the analysis of several typical industries interruptible load potential.Finally,analyse the structure of industrial users' interruptible load cost and put forward the general model of cost calculation,and study the interruption strategy formulation methods,including interrupt procedures selection and time selection.And study the different types of production plan for industrial users in non scheduled outage cost,which is calculated and verified by the plan;and reflects the significance of interruptible load management.The paper,analysis and describes the contents and significance of interruptible load management of industrial users from the perspective of industrial users;establish the cost calculation model of and a general method of response strategy based on industrial users' interruptible load cost management.And verify the correctness of the method through the analysis of the cost,strategy and benefits of interruptible load management in various situations,whichi reflects the importance of interruptible load management to industrial users.
