| In recent years,China's economy is now at a steady period after the high speed development.In the period of rapid economic development,the government built large quantities of residential.With the transformation of China's economy,residents for residential no longer just to meet the needs of life,there are higher levels of requirements.At present,Chinese residential buildings are still dominated by traditional concrete structures,steel structure housing is in its infancy.This period is very similar to the social situation of the United States in the 1940 s.With the development of Chinese society,steel structure housing will become a demand for Chinese housing.At present,China's steel structure of residential research materials are high-rise steel structure construction technology,and there are few literatures on the study of low-rise steel structures.The content of this article is divided into two parts.The first part discusses the social situation of the United States in the 1940 s.The main research object is case study house of the United States.Through the case study house to investigate the history and construction of steel structure in the United States.Through the study of this particular period,we can understand the development trend of steel structure and put forward some design and construction significance through historical similarity.The second part take house #1 of Luoyang Peony Garden construction as the main content.The main contents include preliminary preparation,main body frame installation,floor cover system,roof waterproofing,envelope system,staircase.Through the analysis,summarize the problems in the construction process,and propose a solution for the type of building to provide a certain basis for reference.Through the concrete construction of steel structure found and solve the problem,the current domestic steel structure of the design and construction of some suggestions to supplement the domestic research information in this area defects. |
