Due to high efficiency and high reliability,gas turbine has been widely used in locomotive and ship power,distributed energy,pipeline compressor drive and industrial power generation.The gas turbine has been dubbed "the crown of modern industry",because of its advanced technology.In all the key technologies of the gas turbine,control technology plays an important role in the operation of the whole system.In the early technology,the mechanical hydraulic control system which has many shortcomings in control precision,flexibility and maintainability was used in the gas turbine.Since the late twentieth century,the digital electronic control system was replacing the traditional mechanical hydraulic control system with its rapid development speed.The semi-physical simulation test was a key part of gas turbine digital electronic control system in the development process.It could not only reduce the risk and cost in the process of design and development,but also prove the control logic and improve the design quality.To research the change of mechanical hydraulic fuel control system(including fuel flow control and power turbine guide vane angle control)of gas turbine to digital electronic control system,the method of pure digital simulation and semi physical simulation test was used to analyze and verify the design scheme of fuel control in this paper.The specific work includes the following four aspects:(1)In this paper,the structure and function of the original mechanical hydraulic control system were analyzed in detail,and the control of the fuel flow and the power turbine guide vane angle was changed into electro-hydraulic servo system.(2)According to the design scheme of fuel control system,AMESim software was used to simulate the hydraulic components and hydraulic system and the feasibility of the design scheme was verified by simulation analysis.(3)The simulation model of gas turbine and controller was built by Matlab/Simulink software.The actuator model and the Simulink model were connected to complete the closed-loop simulation of the whole system through the MALTAB/Simulink and AMESim interface design.The simulation results showed the effectiveness of the whole fuel control system by simulating the influence of the oil supply law and the regulation of the guide vane angle.(4)The numerical simulation was carried out by the semi-physical simulation experiment of gas turbine fuel control system.The test results showed that the fuel control system actuators which was based on simulation results met the design requirements and the control logic was perfect.It can realize the control function of the whole operating range of gas turbine model which can provide a valuable reference for the follow-up test in the real machine control system verification.
