Digital fuel control system of marine gas turbine has the advantagesof high steady-state accuracy, easy to implement more advanced controlalgorithms, as well as not sensitive to fuel cleanliness . More and morecountries attach importance to it, and list it as one of the items of the nextmajor development in the Navy. Semi-physical simulation is an importanttechnical means in the process of digital fuel control system's researchand design of gas turbine. It can reduce the risks and cost of R & Dprocess, shorten development time, and improve design quality.In order to research the digital fuel control system, a semi-physicalsimulation system was built, which base on the gas turbine simulationmodel. The main contents of this paper include:(1) Non-linear modular approach is used to build marine gasturbine simulation model, and gas turbine simulation programwith LabVIEW is designed which is one kind of graphicalprogramming languages.(2) According to the characteristics of marine gas turbine control system, gas turbine fuel control system is designed. By usingsystematic analysis and parameter identification methods, thelinear model of gas turbine is build. Based on the linear modeland the design principle of stability, and with the designmethod of pole-zero-phase elimination, control system'scontrol parameters are design.(3) The semi-physical simulation system is design and build,which includes the fuel metering system and PXI measure andcontrol system. The system dynamic performance is testing.And the semi-physical simulation system software isdeveloped. The system software is divided into six functionalsub-module design programs by the modular approach, whichincludes Man-machine interface modules, gas turbinesimulation module, fuel control module, system softwareproject management and data interface part.(4) Semi-physical simulation system is test for real-timevalidation. Depending on the semi-physical simulation system,the fuel control system which has been designed is test.
