The equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of the manufacturing industry,which is the basis of industrial development and national economic development.With the improvement of the customer's requirements for the manufacturing equipment,the company has paid much attention to the research and development of new products.The research and development of new products and the production of modern enterprise production management level put forward a high demand,so that it can quickly adapt to the rapid changes in the market.Therefore,more and more enterprises put forward higher requirements for the precision and efficiency of the man hour quota in the production management.Steam turbine equipment manufacturing is the key field of the strategic action plan for the implementation of manufacturing power.The steam turbine assembly of high precision,long production cycle,complex structure and single piece flow production and other reasons,decided the existence of fixed target complex,basic data acquisition difficulties and quota standard of the application and management of difficult problems in the assembly process.In this paper,we take a large steam turbine manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and realize the rapid realization of the precise assembly time quota for the key parts of the steam turbine.The main research contents include the following aspects.Firstly,in this paper,the assembly process and time quota of steam turbine plant were deeply studied.At the beginning of the research,a large amount of time quota data was collected.The assembly process card and process flow chart of the steam turbine are compiled.Secondly,through the research and actual turbine assembly process and assembly time quota method,we summarized the methods of modern time quota and the establishment of key parts of steam turbine,precise assembly time quota model.And we build the turbine product complexity model and the relationship between product complexity and time quota.Finally,through the application of the model in Harbin factory new model,we tested the turbine keycomponents quota model.Then,the software CATIA was used to build three-dimensional model of the key steam turbine.The paper input the quota data in DPM of the DELMIA software to make steam turbine assembly easier and more convenient.Finally,based on the key parts of steam turbine assembly precision quota model,and the use of C#,OFFICE 2013 and other related software,we designed and developed the key parts of turbine assembly precision time quota system,and realize the rapid realization of the key parts of steam turbine set volume precision assembly time.To sum up,the research results of this paper not only realized the efficient and fast implementation of the man hour quota,but also provide an important basis for cost control and product quotation.
