With the policy of “Made in China 2025” action raised,marine engineering equipment and technical ships are listed as one of the ten key development areas,AS marine steam turbines are important energy conversion components for ships,how to improve their quality,reliability and production efficiency has been particularly important.As a bridge who connects design and manufacturing,the process plays a very important row,its efficiency and rationality directly affect the production cycle and quality of marine turbines.At present,domestic marine turbine technology planning is still based on artificial methods relying on blueprints and assembly experience of marine technicians.Due to the existence of the blueprint,the data sources are not same in design and manufacturing.The published process specifications are mainly based on twodimensional processes described in natural language,with poor comprehensibility and enforceability.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the degree of informatization of the process planning process,and to improve the existing process planning means and process information output forms.In response to the above problems,this paper is mainly studied in the following four aspects:Firstly,this paper establishes a marine turbine information database,including marine turbine structure and material properties of key parts,marine turbine assembly process and flow gap detection process flow,marine turbine assembly and fixture information used for flow clearance testing.Secondly,through the error analysis of the detection process of the marine turbine through-flow clearance,the causes of the influence of the detection accuracy of the flow gap are explored,the characteristics of different types of errors are studied,and the mathematical methods for reducing or even eliminating the errors are explored by combining the characteristics of the errors.It integrates into the existing flow gap detection process flow to achieve optimization of the flow gap detection process.Thirdly,establish a three-dimensional model of marine turbine parts,and combine the MBD idea with the design information of the marine turbine three-dimensional model,and build a marine turbine assembly model based on the marine turbine MBD model for virtual assembly,and perform the marine turbine assembly process in a three-dimensional environment.And the simulation of the flow gap detection process,established a threedimensional assembly process inspection model for marine turbines.Finally,based on the 3D Experience platform for the secondary development of the three-dimensional assembly inspection process generation function,the design and realization of the marine turbine three-dimensional assembly inspection process generation system,and a marine turbine unit of a steam turbine plant for instance verification.Through the research on the three-dimensional assembly inspection technology of marine steam turbines,a set of three-dimensional assembly process planning and generation scheme for marine steam turbines is proposed,which makes up for the inadequacies of our country's marine turbine assembly inspection process planning and process regulations and improves the efficiency of shipbuilding turbine process planning.,process information is of great significance in terms of intuitiveness and accuracy.
