The park is an important part of urban green space system. Shenzhen as a special economic zone, has made noteworthy achievements in park management system, building layout, information construction. However, we still need to note that "the management and maintenance of resources are difficult to monitor, increased administrative costs, a single information management" and other relevant problems in Shenzhen park management process.Therefore, choosing a suitable angle, how to scientifically and appropriately ease the contradiction park management generated in the process? It has become imperative.From the perspective of information technology point of view, Shenzhen Longcheng Park for the study area. Considering the park management "management and maintenance" problem areas, which is the core, the most amount of work most frequently. Select "Mobile GIS" system from the current emerging information technology, and use it as the basis of the system. In the mobile environment as a precondition, system requirements and construction plan have been analyzed and designed and application has been coded. It has been achieved on mobile information management of the plant resources, public facilities, park sanitation and other social services resources.Through the work of the park management and maintenance business and system requirements analysis, system design is derived. The system in the framework of the mobile Internet, the overall use of C/S structure style, quadratic development model and object-oriented approach, combined with Android, the mobile GIS(Arc GIS Runtime), database(geodatabase, SQLite, SQL Server) and other major technology as a whole, implementation of the "layer control, identify, query, statistics, mission" five system functions. Respectively, in the mobile Internet environment,allows the system user to select various special layer data, to identify the location from the feature attribute information, based on the attribute information obtained query feature's position, according to the regional statistics feature attribute feature, release the task and feedback, log synchronization management.The research results help to improve Longcheng Park management and maintenance business, in terms of Monitoring, convenience, resource utilization, and provide a reference for the Urban Park Management Information System Construction and Research.
