Beam conversion is the most commonly used form of high-rise building, its power transmission path is clear, the mechanical function is good, simple structure, easy construction.Uneven settlement of ground fissures causes great harm to the safety of building structures. In this paper, the seismic behavior of the shear wall with the beam-type transition layer is taken as an example to study the seismic performance in the main deformation zone. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The finite element software is used to establish the three models of the transfer layer at the 2,4,6 layer,respectively;(2)modal analysis, response spectrum analysis,time-history and elastoplastic analysis on a general site;(3)deformation and internal force of structures under uneven settlement on ground ground;(4)the variation law of seismic behavior of structures under uniformly settlement and seismic interaction. The results show that:(1)the higher the position of the conversion layer in the general site, the later period of the structure, the lateral displacement, the interlayer displacement angle, the larger the shear force of the substrate, the sooner the plastic hinge appears;(2)conversion layer in the second and fourth layers of the structure of the indicators are to meet the regulatory requirements, the conversion layer of the sixth layer of the structure of the interlayer displacement angle between the limit, and need to be strengthened to use;(3)uneven settlement has little effect on the interlayer shear force and is negligible;(4),the deformation and internal force of the structure in the main belt of the ground crack 15-17 m are controlled by uneven settlement, and in the ground crack 18m-20 m is controlled by the action of the earthquake;(5)the internal force of the column and the converted beam closest to the ground fissure is the largest, and the force of the frame pillar and the transition beam furthest from the ground fissure is the largest;the maximum internal force of the column and the converted beam with the farthest distance from the ground crack is the largest;(6)The setback distance can be reduced by 2 m when the conversion layer is set in the second or fourth floor, and the setback distance can be reduced by 1 m when the conversion layer is set on the sixth floor.
