Research On Urban Regeneration Of Small Wild Goose Pagoda Area Renewal In The View Of Urban Public Security

Safety is one of the basic needs of human production and life,but also one of the basic requirements for the existence and development of the city.City of birth,security and the city accompanied everywhere,and the evolution and development.Human beings in the creation of an unprecedented prosperity of the modern urban civilization,but also to overcome the various threats to urban security.In recent decades,the contradiction between people,buildings,cities and the environment has become increasingly acute,resulting in the deterioration of the living environment.And reacts to human beings,health and safety issues for the role of global form the final,continuous development and expansion of the city in the face of disasters and other security threats often showed its vulnerability.Our cities in the end to ensure that the extent of security and we should choose what kind of urban development strategy,the world is thinking.The security of our country has its particularity.On the one hand,China's cities are experiencing explosive growth and development process,suitable for their own characteristics of the healthy development of the city is still in the path of exploration.On the other hand,urban renewal is a controversial issue in China's city construction,the city space layout,not only with the nature of land use,traffic organization and other material factors are closely related,but also with the city history and culture,economic development,justice and other intangible factors are inseparable.When the urban renewal and urban security issues intertwined,urban problems will become increasingly prominent and complex.China's urban public security infrastructure is lagging behind,the ability of urban disaster prevention and mitigation is relatively weak,many factors have increased the possibility of urban disaster.Under the new normal,the Chinese government attaches more importance to the construction of public security system in the study.Therefore,strengthening the research of urban public security and urban renewal has become the urgent matter.First of all,the research to sort out the city public safety and city renewal theory,which exists from the historical dimension,subject dimension,dimension and dimension of urban renewal planning analysis of the construction,public safety city and city public security planning content system and city public security problems.Secondly,put forward to the problem oriented view of city public security under the city planning policy framework,through the deconstruction of the update system,to analyze the basic elements of city renewal as a starting point,to analyze the security attributes of public space as the focus,from the behavior of security,psychological security,defense security and disaster prevention and safety aspects of four city renewal strategy.Finally,the thesis hopes to through the construction of city public safety from the perspective of city planning strategy,expand the theoretical research of city and city public security updates,and to guide the small wild goose pagoda in Xi'an,renewal practice in China is currently facing the city public safety and provide reference for city renewal.
