The production methods of construction industry is more extensive,compare to the pursuit of maximize profit and lowest cost by the lean production in the industry,there is a big space for improvement.With the increasing competitiveness of the economic market,the profit margins by reducing the cost of raw materials and improving the efficiency of labor productivity is gradually narrowed,enterprises begin to find the competitive advantage in the logistics and related information activities in the non-production areas.However,construction industry has been followed the experience of production methods,and the existence of secondary materials' Transportation charges of logistics and other logistics-related issues has been ignored for a long time,without any optimization or even avoiding this unnecessary logistics waste about the aspect of the system layout planning.The SLP method in industrial engineering is mainly applied for the planning of logistics facilities in the plant and workshop.It can realize the scientific layout of facilities and reasonable material handling,thus reducing the logistics cost.Based on the comprehensive and detailed investigation data,the SLP method draws all kinds of tables and graphs,calculates them,and obtains some initial feasible schemes.Then,comparing and analyzing the schemes according to the actual limitation conditions and the relevant correction factors,and the optimal scheme of layout design is obtained.The The construction site of the building is mainly based on the existing standard specifications and experience in the layout planning,without taking into account the convenience of logistics,and less accurate planning of the facilities will result in a lot of waste of logistics.Therefore,combined with the construction site characteristics,the improved SLP method can applied for the layout planning issue,will greatly save logistics cost.SLP method is usually manual debugging in the process of plotting the interrelationship map,the workload is large,and the operations will be hard when the unit is difficult,meanwhile,it is difficult to solve the larger or more complex layout planning issue.Genetic algorithm GA(Genetic Algorithm)of biological bionics can solve this problem greatly.GA chooses a certain number of individuals as the initial population.The group is used as parent,and use the binary to encode the coordinates of the work unit,and set the fitness function,then carry out the selection,crossover,mutation and other genetic operations,eventually,a few optimal offspring will be obtained,and the global optimization work will be completed finally.Using this method to improve the SLP method can solve the limitations of SLP manual debugging,and solve a variety of large and complex projects with the help of computer.The two-dimensional layout can be obtained by using the improved SLP method,but the layout of the construction site of the larger project is more abstract,because the other "collision factors" can not be considered,and including the vertical transportation costs which is generated at the construction site.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in the construction industry is called 3D printing technology in the construction industry.It can maintain project data and create the model during the whole life cycle of the project,it can simulate simulation various construction problems.BIM technology can transform the two-dimensional layout drawing into 3D model,in this case,not only realize the visualization,virtual roaming,but also analyze the rationality of vertical transportation,and adjust layout dynamically according to different construction stages.In this paper,used the genetic algorithm and BIM technology to improve the SLP method,and solved the problem of plane layout planning in the construction site,realized the standardized layout planning,and saved a lot of logistics cost.
