A large overseas railway temporary communication system is an important part of the overseas informational management project,especially in the past 20 years,large-scale projects at home and abroad by using information technology to assist project management,improve the management of the project level.Large overseas railway project has the characteristics of too many points,long lines and limited communication resource conditions,lacks of normative requirements and suggestions for the construction of a large overseas project temporary communication network project construction.Project constructor to the meaning and understanding of temporary communication network construction is not unified,the bandwidth demand analysis is not perfect,communication network organization and construction schemes are very differences.The main purpose of this study is to a large overseas railway temporary communication network technology,economic comparison analysis,planning and design of digital microwave transmission network is studied,and analyses of the temporary communication network deployment and management of construction cost.This study provides a reference case for solving the problem of overseas local temporary communication,at the same time for the Chinese enterprises to go overseas for the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects and solve the project information management,emergency communication provides similar solutions.The main content of this paper is based on the application of digital microwave technology efficiently to a large overseas railway project,how to carry out the planning and design of digital microwave network,to solve the problems of project informational management,temporary and emergency communication.Taking the temporary communication project of Mengnei railway in Kenya as an example,this paper discusses and analyzes the planning and design scheme of railway temporary communication network based on digital microwave technology from the angle of modern large-scale railway modernization management demand.The Pathloss software is used to the microwave transmission link,site survey and relay point correction,link routing planning,backbone digital microwave network configuration program,frequency planning and anti-jamming analysis;digital microwave and wireless bridge link Performance planning and simulation analysis,to verify the use of digital microwave technology in the large temporary communication is feasible,and in the future large-scale overseas project informational management will get more application value.
