The microwave anechoic chamber is the absorption,reflection or scattering of electromagnetic wave by special absorbing materials in closed space,so that we can measure and detect radar,aviation equipment and other special equipment.With the development of science and technology in China and the deepening of scientific research,the requirements for the design and equipment of various military industries are enhanced.The military units need to build highly sensitive and high-precision microwave darkroom to meet the needs of scientific research.Then,because the microwave anechoic chamber requires high engineering,special materials and complex system,it faces various risks that cannot be predicted in the construction process.It needs effective prediction in engineering design process,making reasonable preventive measures,and effectively ensuring the smooth progress of the project.The main work is as follows:First of all,this paper studies the risk management of the engineering project of the Lingwu microwave anechoic chamber in ordnance factory.The ordnance factory Ling Wu type microwave anechoic chamber project background and significance of the research as a starting point,expounds the research contents and methods of the project.Meanwhile,the risk management and the theory of microwave anechoic chamber is described,and the domestic and foreign research status and research progress of investigation and analysis.Secondly,through the detailed introduction of the microwave anechoic chamber project,the steps of risk identification and the process of identifying risk identification are set up.Using the characteristics of the project,the risk management system is decomposed to the engineering characteristics.The risks are classified by the source of risk,and the two level factors are identified for the five types of risk sources of nature,policy,economy,technology and management.Through the summary and processing of data collected by the expert survey method,it is found that the project involves five categories of risk categories,including 20 risk factors.Thirdly,according to the results of project risk identification,AHP is applied to establish the risk hierarchy and risk comparison matrix,and determine the weight set of different level risk.Then we use fuzzy evaluation method to determine the overall risk and five kinds of risk categories,and put forward systemic risk prevention and control plan for different levels of risk faced by microwave darkroom engineering.This paper quantifies the risk of Lingwu type microwave darkroom engineering in ordnance factory,and uses systematic method and standardized operation rules to prevent and control it.And it cooperates with the actual military units,takes the actual project as the breakthrough point,carries on the practice and the revision.At the same time.The suggestions in the study can be applied to reference for the practice of risk management of the armament microwave anechoic project.
