The Research On Antique Architecture Industrializad Design Of River-valley Town In Qinling

Some documents,such as “ Twelfth Five-Year” Development for Building Industry issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2011,Implement Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Green Building in Our Country published in 2012 and Action Plan of Green Building issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and National Development and Reform Commission,pointed out clearly that building industrialization in our country should be vigorously promoted.At present,there is the problem of lacking of industrialization and the problem of low industrialization in the township building of valley pattern in Qinling.Antique architecture in Qinling area occupy a large proportion pf buildings and is an important role of township building.It is of great importance to study how to advance the industrial level of antique architecture in this area.Since the reform and opening up,especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,the level of urbanization in China has maintained a high speed of development.On the one hand,as the focal point in the township building,the renewal of old town area is constantly advancing,which has made the appearance of the town improved largely;on the other hand,new town area is also being built and developed,which has made the scale and the overall quality of township building improved greatly.Meanwhile,there are some problems existing in the process of township building,such as low level of industrialization,lacking of industrialization,lacking of the industrial design and construction philosophy as well as lacking of the technical supports from basic methods and industrialization.In the design of the buildings,these problems showed up as lacking of unified industrial design method;in the process of construction,the key link was finished on site.The pollution for the surrounding environment was serious in the process of building and the efficiency was low,which severely restricted the construction and development of towns and villages.Villages and towns of of valley pattern in Qinling area was taken as the research object in this paper.Research site focused on some villages and towns in western Qinling and southern piedmont of Qinling.Some methods were used,such as literature research method,field research method,theoretical analysis method,comparative method and questionnaire survey method,to make a field research about constructed buildings,ancient buildings which are being built or rebuilt and antique architecture in ancient cities.Starting form the basic situation and locations of villages and towns,the industrialization status of the ancient buildings and antique architectures were studied through the research method from the overall to the locality.Then the building components were further decomposed.Its forms and dimensions were analyzed.And then a set of design methods that are suitable for promoting the degree of industrialization of antique architecture in this area was summarized,which were applied to the construction of antique architecture in the towns and villages.Theoretical basis was provided for advancing the industrial process of antique architecture industry in towns of valley patterns in Qinling area.
