Motorway electromechanical equipment implements the functions of monitoring,tolling and transmitting information.The normal operation of these equipment plays an important role for the efficiency and safety of motorway transportation.However,the long construction cycle of motorway construction,the diversity of design standard and implementation impede the management of motorway electromechanical equipment,as well as cause high failure rate of equipment and belated maintaining.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop the on-line monitoring system,which can supervise motorway electromechanical equipment in real time,collect and analyze date,improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and the stability of the whole electromechanical system.In a further step,this system can ensure the efficiency and safety of motorway transportation.Based on the practical background of the management and maintenance of Guizhou motorway electromechanical equipment,through the analysis of the construction situation of provincial motorway electromechanical system and management requirement,this paper designs and implements the support system for the motorway electromechanical equipment operation,whose main functions are collecting,processing,analyzing and displaying the operating data of motorway electromechanical equipment.The main works accomplished in this paper are list as below.Firstly,this paper introduces the constructing and operating situation of Guizhou motorway electromechanical system.According to existing problems encountered in the process of electromechanical equipment managing and maintaining,this paper proposes the demand analysis for the system designing.Secondly,on the basis of demand analysis,this paper carries out logic structure design,function design and safety design for the system.Thirdly,this paper realizes all modules and functions of the system.Finally,this paper implements function test and performance test for the system.This system has been deployed in Guiyang monitoring center.At present,the system runs well,and it can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of electromechanical equipment managing and maintaining.Hence,we plan to apply it in other sections of the provincial highway.
