With the rapid development of urban economy, motor vehicles have a clear trend of growth, which brings a serious traffic congestion to the city.In order to meet the travel needs of urban living, the city will accelerate the construction of rail transit.Due to the large scale, long duration and other characteristics of the subway construction,it will take long-term occupation of the already tense road resources, bringing a certain degree of negative impact. Therefore,it has a great significance to carry out the traffic guidance in the construction area and the traffic organization in the affected area. This paper focuses on the study of traffic organization and signal control at the signalized intersection. It has been studied about the traffic problems, traffic safety and countermeasures, traffic organization and so on at home and abroad. This paper focuses on the traffic problems in the construction of long-term semi-enclosed lanes at the intersection of urban roads.Firstly,it introduces several construction technologies of the intersection, and makes an important analysis of the influences of the excavation method on the personnel, the traffic flow, the road and the surrounding environment. Then it analyzes the influences of the construction barrier on the traffic capacity of the intersection, and chooses the instantaneous line source model to define the influence area during the construction of the intersection, and determines the effective traffic organization range.Secondly,it analyzes the main traffic organization of the affected area, and uses Logit SUE distribution model to allocate the traffic which is transferred from the intersection to the surrounding road without causing the new traffic congestion point.Meanwhile,it gives full play to the potential capacity of the tributary network and reduces the saturation of the trunk road, and establishes a double-level planning model with saturation as the optimization target. So as to improve the operation of the entire affected area road network to ease the traffic pressure at the construction intersection, and testifying the feasibility with a simple idealized case.Through preventing the construction at the intersection, the number of lanes decreases, which causes the vehicles transferred. And it is difficult for the existing signal timing scheme to meet the traffic of the vehicle. The traffic flow of the incoming traffic at the intersection is optimized. It establishes the conflict of traffic, the number of lanes, the capacity, the delay time and the queuing length as the index multi-objective evaluation function to realize the overall optimal of the signal timing; And making a safety analysis of the green light and the red light caused by the countdown signal control. Finally, setting the green light based on safety considerations, the corresponding remaining time is not displayed when the yellow light is displayed, and the corresponding remaining time is displayed when the red light is displayed. Finally, this paper applying the relevant theories to study the traffic organization between the construction of the intersection of Yanta North Road and Friendship East Road. Then it determines the influence area and organizes the reasonable branch network to optimize the signal control of the construction intersection. It uses Vissim to evaluate the signal timing scheme, and finally sets the construction crossing to the left.It combines the single-and doubleline organization of the affected area network, organizing the left-turn traffic flow effectively, and reduces the inconvenience which is caused by the crossing to determine the best signal Timing plan.
