Research On The Public Attitude And Its Influencing Factors Of Urban Road Congestion Pricing

As a traffic demand management measures,congestion pricing has caught a lot of controversy since it was proposed.Although congestion pricing has been implemented in some foreign city,it is failed to implement success because of public opposition.Foreign experience shows that the implementation of congestion charging policy requires not only mature theoretical system and technical support,but also public attitude is a determinant factor.In order to explore the reasons behind the public's attitude and attitude towards urban road congestion pricing,this paper uses the micro-blog research method and structural equation model to analyze and study.On the basis of the literature collation,this paper uses micro-blogging research method,collates the relevant research content of micro-blogging,combs the public's attitude and concern about congestion charging,and finds that most of the public's negative attitude towards urban road congestion charges is negative.The public mainly concerned about policy fairness,the effectiveness of policy implementation,urban public transport system,service capacity and the use of charges and other aspects.Then,the hypothesis model of public attitudes and perceived variables is constructed.The data are analyzed and analyzed by questionnaire survey and SEM model.The significant influencing factors of public attitudes and the relationship between perceived variables are obtained.The study found that the lack of fairness has the most significant negative impact on the public attitude of congestion charging policy.Secondly,government trust has a significant impact on public attitudes,and policy cognition has no significant effect on public attitudes.The lack of fairness has negative effect on government trust Influence;policy awareness significantly affects government trust.Finally,according to previous research results put forward to improve the attitude of the public policy recommendations,including the policy design fair,to ensure public participation in the way and the policy of income distribution fair and reasonable to improve the attitude of parents.Then give notice of congestion charging policy in our country,that before the implementation of the policy should be to fully demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of the research on full implementation details and also need to improve the relevant supporting security measures.
