With the acceleration of urbanization,the public demand for life quality is improving.Road traffic noise problem has been among the forefront of the number in complaints and complaint reports.At present,most of the domestic study of road traffic noise is based on long-term monitoring.There are more mature prediction models in foreign countries,but whether it is suitable for our country is still to be confirmed.In this paper,the RLS90 model from Germany is used to analyze the noise prediction of urban road and traffic flow influence.The following aspects are involved.Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the main evaluation index and forecast method of urban road traffic noise.Then,the more mature traffic noise prediction models are analyzed,and from two aspects of the sound source model and acoustic propagation model comparing the similarities and the disadvantages of each model.Based on the Xi’an Yucai Road,the applicability of the RLS90 model is tested,and respectively from two aspects of the vehicle type classification and the speed setting for model updating.Second,after weakening the environment,roads and other parameters,the basic scene is established by software.The modified RLS90 model is used to analyze the effects of various traffic flow factors on road noise,and the horizontal distance,vertical height and shelter of the measured points are also taken into account.The research shows that the traffic noise is in logarithmic relation with traffic volume.There is a good linear relation with the vehicle type.In terms of the running speed of different vehicles,the noise can be modeled as a linear relationship between two variables.Moreover,measured points noise with the change of the horizontal distance and vertical height are different.Third,Cuihua Road(Xiaozhai Road-Yanta West Road)is chosen to be measured road traffic noise.At the same time,on the basis of observing and recording the traffic flow factors and the surrounding environment parameters,the modified RLS90 model is used to predict the sound field distribution along the road and the noise of these measured points.The error between the measured and predicted values is also analyzed.Fourth,using the modified RLS90 model to optimize the Cuihua Road(Xiaozhai Road-Yanta West Road),and its noise reduction effect is also analyzed.Through the analysis of the RLS90 model and traffic flow influence factors,the environmental impact assessment of the newly built road can be supported by technology,and the optimization of road reconstruction can also be used for reference.
