Study On Maintenance And Management Of Expressway In Shaanxi

Expressway is a closed special road with a fee attribute.It is characterized by its large flow,fast speed,line network distribution,people’s strategic significance and so on.To maintain the safety of the highway smooth,with very important social and economic benefits,to maintain the premise of safe and smooth is to ensure that the road and its ancillary facilities at any time in a good state of use,then do the road maintenance work is the most direct way.Do a good job of highway preventive maintenance work,for the national,social and local provincial governments to save manpower,material and financial resources,while good maintenance management model can also improve the economic benefits of the highway itself,give full play to the highway social benefits,Repayment pressure,and better serve the national economic development.With the development of China and Shaanxi traffic development process,the highway mileage increased year by year.Shaanxi Province will certainly create a safe and smooth road traffic system,as the province’s highway construction areas of key work.In the new situation,how to maintain and manage the highway,to protect the highway "smooth,clean,green,beauty,security," has become an urgent need to solve one of the problems.This paper analyzes the status quo of expressway maintenance and management in Shaanxi Province,taking Shaanxi Expressway Group as an example,focusing on the problems existing in the existing maintenance management mode,maintenance and management scientific decision-making and maintenance work area construction of expressway in our province.In view of the various problems,it is put forward that the management mode should be fully realized,the maintenance of general contracting should be carried out,and the development path of centralized management,standardization and technical specialization and operation should be promoted.Condition evaluation system,preventive maintenance as the starting point,emphasizing the importance of preventive maintenance,put forward the principle of conservation decision-making and optimization measures;put forward the layout of the maintenance of the principle of the layout and maintenance of the rationalization of the work area recommendations.
