With fully carry out the construction of a strong smart grid,the current power user information collection system has been unable to meet the requirements of the Smart Grid.Moreover,with the rapid development of social economy,the growing popularity of electronic products,power shortage and power quality issues outstanding,energy optimization and energy saving is increasingly high degree of concern.In spite of the great development of electric energy management system in China,the development of enterprise power monitoring and management system is far from enough.To scientific and effective monitoring and management the electric energy of enterprises,not only can optimize the power quality,arrange production,save energy and electricity,can also obtain good economic,environmental and social benefits,so the domestic and foreign experts and electricity workers pay more and more attention to the study of enterprise energy management.Based on industrial PC,a serial port server,smart meters,transformer,PLC,frequency converter and other hardware equipment and the configuration monitor,PLC programming,Access database software to build the power monitoring and control system test bench.By Kingview to design and build a rich functions friendly man-machine interface operation.This platform can accurately grasp the energy consumption for the enterprise and control the cost of production and provides a reliable reference basis.Based on the above-mentioned power monitoring systems were primarily using the following:1.Combined with the mathematical model of the three-phase asynchronous motor fault,the fuzzy diagnosis method and the expert database theory,design the three-phase asynchronous motor stator winding of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system,and through the experiment verify the diagnosis accuracy is higher.2.Based on A production enterprise of electric energy data acquisition and analysis,some problems such as low power factor,insufficient reactive power compensation and excessive harmonic content are found.After increased reactive power compensation device filter,the electric energy monitoring system designed in this paper can be used to measure the system,and the problem can be solved effectively.3.The cooling system of a workshop in a production enterprise is analyzed,for the system of the circulating pump and air blower are manual control,rated operation,resulting in the cooling temperature is not constant,the product quality is low,the electric energy waste serious problem.Installation of variable frequency energy saving system to achieve a high accuracy of constant temperature automatic control,the pump and the wind speed.Bycomparing the data before and after the installation of energy-saving device for power consumption of the cooling system,found the workshop daily saved energy by more than30%.
