With the rapidly development of manufacturing industry,the global problems,such as environmental degradation,shortage of resources and energy crisis are becoming more and more protruding.As the key of the sustainable development of manufacturing technology,green design has been acknowledged to be a effective way to solve the above problems.At present,as a new design concept,green design is lack of the support of systematic theoretical system,methods and tools,and leads to the problem that its role can not be fully made use of,which has become a bottleneck of the implementation and application of green design and green manufacturing technology in the engineering practice.It is the urgent problem needed to be solved in the green design field that how to combined product green design with other creative design methods and techniques,establish the green product innovation design system framework and develop green innovation oriented product design software system,and execute enterprises to improve their green innovative design ability,so as to develop environmental friendly products,and improve environmental efficiency effectively.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign advanced product design methods,this thesis has a focused research on the basis of the theoretical system of green design,users' demand analysis of green product innovation design instances,case-based reasoning,evaluation of green product design scheme based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and product green design problem solving based on the theory of TRIZ,and some related key technologies.The main research work of this paper is as followed:Firstly,studied the theory system modern green design,and analyzed the main contents,design principles,implementation steps of green design,and its key technology and the difference with the traditional design,consummated the basic framework of the green design theory.At the same time,put forward the the main problems existing in the current products green design.Secondly,explored the integration of green design and advanced innovation design methods based on the existing research on green design.Combined with the characteristics of innovation design theories and methods,such as fish-bone method,CBR(case-based reasoning technology),AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and the theory of TRIZ,discussed how to integrate the advanced design theories and methods to analyze and solve the problems of product green design,and apply them to the various stages of the product life-cycle of the green design,built multi-method integrated problem solving process model of products green design.Thirdly,designed and implemented the CAI software prototype system of product green design.Based on the multi-method integrated problem solving process model of product green based on TRIZ theory,built software system structure,the underlying database and the software system functional modules,and implement the overall software interface and function by using the computer technology tools such as C# and SQL Server 2005.Finally,took the washing machine green design as an example,analyzed and solved the problems that exist in its green design process and obtained the feasible green washing machine design scheme finally for its green design requirements of water saving,power saving and no pollution emission by using the CAI software system developed in this thesis,verified the rationality and feasibility of the CAI software system.The research strategy of this thesis is as followed: status analysis,theoretical study,analysis the theories integrated and innovation,software system development.
