The Machining process is the general program of machining and largely determines the quality and efficiency of parts manufacturing.The quality of process route is uneven and the efficiency is difficult to guarantee.Although there have been a large number of mature process examples,there is a lack of sharing and inheritance of effective knowledge.And the existing process route planning method is short of rule constraint,the design results are not guaranteed,and there is the possibility of human error.The thesis combined with the characteristics of aeronautical mechanical and electrical products design and the problems encountered.And the thesis in-depth study of process information resource management,process route case reuse and process route rule constraint method,and developed the process route planning system based on the platform of Teamcenter.Finally,the quality and efficiency of the process route planning are effectively improved.The main work and research of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The paper builded the machining process model based on the analysis of the machining process and builded the machining information model from three aspects: part characteristics,process planning and process resources.(2)The paper studied the creation method of Classification Library in PLM system ?the technology of PLM data storage mechanism and version management.Constructed process case library and manufacturing resource library,put forward rule base database management mode of process route planning,and completes data table design.(3)In view of the fact that the process route planning of enterprises failed to make full use of the mature process route cases and lack of rules constraint,a case based reasoning and rule constraint based machine process route planning method was proposed,which improved the quality and efficiency of the process planning.(4)By using the development technology of Teamcenter,the aircraft process planning system of Aeronautic mechanical and electrical parts is developed,and an example is given to demonstrate the process planning of machine plus process under the operation of the system.
