With the development of the aviation industry,the requirements of the market for aircraft manufacturers in the response speed and production capacity continue to increase,the traditional aircraft final assembly mode of production has been unable to meet the requirements of modern aircraft manufacturing,as a new organizational mode of aircraft final assembly line,pulsating production has gradually been adopted by those advanced aircraft manufacturers at home and abroad.Aircraft manufacturers have modeling and simulation technology as means to verify the rationality of the production line planning before the actual operation of the production line,this will has a positive effect on increasing productivity and reducing production costs.However,as a typical complex discrete manufacturing system,there are many difficulties in modeling and simulation of aircraft final assembly line,the auxiliary role of knowledge becomes more and more necessary.This paper aims to enhance the rapid response capability of enterprises,seeing knowledge manipulation in KBE as the main clue.Base on studying the methods of knowledge representation,organization,development and application,we will establish the knowledge-assisted and knowledge-driven mechanism of modeling and simulation for final assembly line.The main research contents include:(1)According to the Pull-type production characteristics of the Aircraft pulse final assembly line,we put forward the idea of modeling based on customer requirements,and confirm the composition of the modeling elements,which include product,production resource and process,besides,the flow and the overall framework of knowledge-driven Aircraft pulse final assembly line modeling and simulation are given.(2)We choose ontology as the method of knowledge representation and establish multi-dimensional domain ontology under the constraints of metamodel,realizing the Structured storage of ontology,resulting in the generation of the the domain ontology library;based on the organization of software model resources using ontology,the domain knowledge base is established.(3)In order to realize the transformation of customer requirements to the assembly line modeling scheme,a knowledge reasoning method based on ontology SWRL rule reasoning is proposed,and a mechanism for forming the assembly line modeling scheme based on customer requirements is established.(4)Based on the theoretical research,the function of prototype system is designed and the prototype system of the knowledge-driven Aircraft pulse final assembly line modeling and simulation is developed.
