Ultrasonic Motor(USM) drives with motion precision, high power density, fast response, compact structure, electromagnetic compatibility, noise floor, power and control characteristics of self-locking precision advantages. Currently ultrasonic motor is a high-tech motor home and abroad to focus on the positive development is the focus of current research in the field of micro motor, has broad application prospects in many areas of aerospace, medical devices, and biological engineering. In order to enrich the linear type ultrasonic motor and motor performance improvements, this paper focus on research of the linear ultrasonic motor design theory summary technology, complete the following work:1, analyzed the research progress of Linear Ultrasonic Motor introduces ultrasonic motor in which the practical application of engineering; excitation of wave theory and the principles of linear piezoelectric ultrasonic motor for a detailed analysis.2 proposes a single degree of freedom based on a linear-type ultrasonic motor stator plate H-type structure, a detailed exposition of its drive mechanism; finite element analysis software ANSYS parametric design language established its finite element model, and the structure of the stator structural dynamics optimization analysis,each structure size parameters of the motor structure of 30 mm × 12.2mm × 7mm.3. Analysis of the structure of the stator motor drive end particle synthesis elliptical trajectory. Won the motion of the motor output characteristics of stable operation and the impact of frequency, voltage, phase of the movement regulating characteristics, verify that the motor stator structure with H feasibility. According to H structure of the stator, from the driving principle SMD piezoelectric ceramic parts processing point of view, the motor structure flat, simplistic, etc., designed the overall structure of the program of the motor assembly.4.
