At the crucial stage of our country’s economic development,it has an important strategic significance that our country vigorously promotes the "sustainable development".Green construction advocates to save energy and resources,protect the ecological environment,implement the information management,ensure the health and safety of personnel and other content.Green construction actively responds to China’s "sustainable development" strategy.Due to the relevant evaluation standard of green construction in China was postponed relatively late and was not mature enough,it has revealed many shortcomings in the green construction practice and promotion process such as qualitative evaluation indicators constitute a high proportion,and the system feasibility was not strong;the weight of the two indicators were not ensured;the weighted score method was adopted in the evaluation model and was easily affected by subjective factors.It’s not conducive to make accurate and objective evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly carried out the following work:(1)In order to construct a reasonable and perfect evaluation index system,this paper analyzed and compared the domestic and foreign green construction evaluation system,proposed the key points and suggestions in which established and perfected the evaluation system of green construction in our country.Based on extensive consultation with relevant experts in the field of green construction,the paper improved the existing evaluation index system which laid the foundation for the establishment of evaluation model.(2)To solve the problems that the weights of the evaluation index were determined subjectively and the weights of two indicators were not ensured,this paper used the simple correlation function method and the similarity coefficient method to calculate the weights of the first and the two level indicators.The method can be used to determine the weights dynamically according to the sample data,and the qualitative index can be transformed into quantitative calculation,which solves the problems in the past method of determining the weights.(3)In the construction of evaluation model,this paper applied the theory of multilevel extension to the evaluation of green construction.The extension evaluation model was established to determine the evaluation grades of greenconstruction and to find out the important factors which affect green construction project implementation and effects,so as to guide the construction enterprises to improve the level of green construction.(4)This method was used to evaluate the X project.The evaluation results were in line with the actual situation.The results show that the method is scientific and feasible.
