In order to improve the operation reliability of the 35 kV Jiushi substations,in consideration of the substation equipment status,and the recent years operation,Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau make integrated automation transformation to the Jiushi substation.In the transformation,the original primary electrical equipment were upgraded,the traditional old secondary discrete relay is replaced and transformed into integrated microcomputer automatic protection device.This article analyses the status of 35 kV Jiushi substation firstly.Before the transformation,the substation equipment were obsolete and aging,science and technology content was not high,automation degree was lower,system accuracy and safety level were insufficient.It is difficult to meet the era of microcomputer network requirements.Then the article introduces the specific reform contents of the secondary system,station transformer system,DC system,lighting system,etc.In this transformation,it comprehensively upgraded the primary and secondary equipment,the primary equipment were transformed to non-oil,modern advanced equipment were comprehensively used.At the same time,it integrated the generatrix system and the connection mode;In the secondary system,the substations increased comprehensive microcomputer protective device,increased the function of remote control,telemetry,remote,remote signaling,etc.,meanwhile,it increased the total communication system,upgraded the DC system and station transformer system.In the auxiliary function,the construction,drainage,fire control,lighting and other systems were comprehensively integrated.After the transformation,the substation had microcomputer,intelligent,automated functions,and no one on duty conditions.Combined with the transformation debugging and trial operation,this article also analysis and appraise the station integrated automation transformation,primary and secondary equipment running,all kinds of protection function.All kinds of remote control telemetry function?optical fiber communication function,and the auxiliary function,then analysis the operation level and economic benefits,summarize the typical pattern of 35 kV substation integrated automation transformation.Through the research and analysis,it shows that 35 kV substation integrated automation transformation,significantly improved the accuracy and stability of the secondary system,the reliability of power supply has been effectively guaranteed,and save manpower cost,improve economic efficiency.
