In recent years,with the incentive policies for photovoltaic power plant introduced by China and other countries,the installed capacity of photovoltaic power plants increased rapidly.With reduction of construction costs of PV power plant gradually,photovoltaic has become one of the cores of renewable energy.Currently,due to much quality problems existed in PV power plant,the quality management and risk control PV power plant become a hot research topic.This paper focuses on the research of grid connected photovoltaic power plant technology risk index system,the main research work includes:1.Analysis of the development situation of the current photovoltaic power plant in China and abroad,summarizes the development of risk assessment in other engineering fields,gave out the paper's main content and investigation significance.2.Analysis and comparison the several methods of the common engineering risk identification and risk assessment.Select the inspection sheet and combined with expert survey method are the method for identifying the risk factors of photovoltaic power plant technology.According to the technical risk characteristics of the photovoltaic power station,improving the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and make it as the mathematical method of risk assessment.3.Focuses on the full life cycle of photovoltaic power plant on technology risk characteristics and identification process,establishing 3 levels of photovoltaic power plant technology risk assessment system.Based on the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,calculating every weight of aspects and propose the field evaluation sheet.4.Based on the technical risk 1-5 grade reviews set,calculating the technical risk level of a 30 MW PV power plant.The calculation results show that the technical evaluation index system of photovoltaic power station is suitable for the field use and meets the requirements of risk assessment in the photovoltaic power station.The photovoltaic power plant technology evaluation index system has fill gaps in the technology risk assessment of the photovoltaic power plant under the circumstances of lacking of relevant standards and evaluation index.It has very important significance to use.
