Energy has always been considered as an important strategic material to support and maintain the political and economic lifeline of the country.It can be predicted that in the future for a long time,thermal power generation will still be the pillar power generation mode of China’s power generation industry.In recent years,countries have issued policies to reduce pollutants discharge coal-fired unit,and application binding ultra-low emissions is imperative,at the same time,the marketization of electric power trade continues to advance,coal-fired units profit space was further compression,therefore,Coal-fired power generation enterprises are eager to achieve a win-win balance between ultra-low emission and low-cost operation through technical transformation and system optimization.At present,the major coal-fired units have been optimizing and upgrading the original ultralow emission system,but the evaluation of the optimization effect is often focused on the assessment of multiple single data indicators,often "don’t see the whole for the local",the lack of comprehensive evaluation,optimize the effect of the whole project based on this,the author put forward the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(Fuzzy AHP)of ultra-low emissions coal-fired unit project comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of optimization.This paper takes the ultralow emission system of one million ultra-supercritical coal-fired units as the research object,analyzes the properties and project characteristics of the ultra-low emission optimization project of coal-fired units,and in accordance with the relevant standards of ultra-low emission of coalfired units commonly adopted in the industry,The key indicators affecting the ultra-low emission optimization project of coal-fired units were excavated,sorted out,screened and integrated from four aspects of technology,economy,environmental impact and social benefit.Taking the1050 MW coal-fired unit of power plant T as an example,the comprehensive evaluation hierarchy model of ultra-low emission optimization project was constructed.Combined with the actual project engineering,the core evaluation index system was selected,and the index data were quantified,normalized,weight determination,hierarchical total ranking and fuzzy evaluation.The popularization value and application scenario of these three technical schemes are discussed by analyzing the comprehensive evaluation grade results and the actual operation data of Power Plant T.This paper puts forward a set of scientific,reasonable and generally applicable comprehensive evaluation index system for ultra-low emission optimization project of one million coal-fired units,and verifies the effectiveness and operability of Fuzzy-AHP Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the comprehensive evaluation field of ultra-low emission system through actual case analysis.The comprehensive evaluation of the optimization effect of ultra-low emission system can be extended to the same type of coal-fired units in China,which has great reference significance for the technology selection and development trend of the same type of coal-fired units in the ultra-low emission optimization project. |
