Vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating higher-skilled professionals for the country,carrying forward the spirit of great craftsmen,inheriting professional skills,and helping the development of the country's real economy.At present,the supporting infrastructure of the campus is insufficient,and a series of individual projects to meet the needs of different teachers and students need to be constructed.College engineering construction projects usually have their own characteristics,which are limited by the relatively fixed start time of the school and the urgency of the needs,making the construction period more.It is fixed and has low elasticity and cannot be delayed.Therefore,as a manager of the college's infrastructure department,it is not only necessary to pay attention to the quality and cost goals of the project,but also to place the project's progress goals first to ensure that the project can be completed on schedule.This article takes the Shandong Binhai Campus Phase II construction project as the research object.Before the project starts,the project is reasonably divided according to the construction process,and the construction duration of each unit is calculated by organizing the flow construction of the sub-projects.Use the milestone plan,horizontal road map,and single and double code network diagrams to represent the project schedule,and use the single and double code network diagrams to calculate the planned duration of the project,find the key lines and key work of the project,compare the contract duration,and adjust some of the orders Optimize the logical sequence of the project and compress key tasks to optimize the schedule.During the construction process of the project,the concept of dynamic management is used to collect field data in time.The list method,S-curve comparison method,and earned value method are used to compare the actual data with the planned data.Compare and analyze whether there is a delay,and take corrective measures in a timely manner to reduce the construction period of some units reasonably,and take corresponding safeguard measures from the four aspects of organization management,resource allocation,technical management,and economic incentives to ensure that the project is completed as scheduled.This article combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of schedule management with field practice and construction experience.Through the systematic and scientific application of network planning technology and other modern project management methods and technologies,a complete set of schedule management process from schedule plan formulation and optimization to schedule analysis and control is formed,To ensure that the project is completed on time.The experience and conclusions formed in the progress management of the second-phase construction project of Binhai Campus of Shandong Information Vocational and Technical College provide a certain reference for the construction of infrastructure projects in vocational colleges in the future.
