Mechanical Equipment Coating Design Process Based On Node Control System Research

With the rapid development of economy and accelerating the pace of construction of the motherland,the equipment manufacturing industry to a new stage,the function of product integration deepening,additional value more and more,on the manufacturing technology at home and abroad manufacturers are less and less,so the technology has not become a trendy corporate strategy,but the pursuit of brand become more and more enterprises to occupy the heights,for the machinery and equipment,coating has highlighted the importance of appearance.The coating design theory research stay in perceptual design phase,not form a streamlined design thinking.The purpose of this paper is to seek a guide the design of mechanical equipment coating design process,this process can be more efficient and output design.This is the research target of this paper.This topic in the research on mechanical equipment painting design,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the basic theory of painting design,according to the color theory knowledge and the key steps to determine coating coating process design.Building machinery and equipment of painting project library,on the basis of in-depth analysis,to subdivide coating solution library,library are divided into seven grades,these secondary package library covers for carried out the following three points: the color relations,form elements,surface texture,so after series combination of seven solution library respectively:the color library,library,skin texture library,color shape library,library management,color shape and color shape library management,library different node corresponding to different design needs library search is used.Through the coating design of key nodes will coating throughout the design process.Finally,through the epc coating production line design practice to verify the process theory is feasible.
