With modern industrial technology's rapid development and shocking,society and public propose higher and more powerful requirements on the performance and quality of various industrial products.In many sphere of production,we have to finish the production task with more than one motor working together.Therefore,the multiple motors' synchronous control system has become indispensable,widely used in the industrial production of today's electronic control system.The synchronous control system of multiple motors is the research object in this paper,we used the master-slave control,cross coupling control and the deviation coupling control as the multiple motors' synchronization control strategy.Modeling and simulation experiment was carried out in MATLAB,the controller used the classic PID controller and the ADRC controller.According to the theory of auto disturbance rejection controller,combined with the structure of the active disturbance rejection control system,we designed simulation model and selected reasonable parameters.The simulation results showed that the multiple motors' synchronization control scheme,the designed system had good stability,fast response and small synchronous error in dynamic process.Based on the simulation results,a hardware test platform is established for multiple motors' synchronous control system.The core controller of the test platform is Siemens S7-300 programmable controller,it also includes a L298 N motor drive module,incremental photoelectric rotary encoder and two DC motors and other equipment.It used STEP7 programming software to design the ADRC and cross coupling control strategy.It used WinCC configuration software to design the monitoring system and alarm interface of multiple motors' synchronous control system.We performed the experiment of single motor closed-loop speed control system based on PID controller and multiple motors' synchronous control system based on active disturbance rejection controller system on the platform.They all completed the running effect of the system expected to.
